1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using entropyDB's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

entropyDB provides a unified multi-model database platform supporting relational, document, key-value, time-series, graph, and vector workloads. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with service operation
• Resell services without authorization

5. Service Level Agreement

We commit to the uptime SLAs specified in your plan. Credits are available for downtime exceeding SLA thresholds. See our SLA document for details.

6. Payment Terms

Fees are billed monthly or annually based on your plan. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data to provide the services.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, entropyDB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
